German Rouladen (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only)
Choice round of beef, rolled an stuffed with onions, bacon, pickles, mustard and spices. Baked to tenderness in a fresh tomato beef sauce
Schnitzel – A tender breaded pork cutlet served plain, with lemon, or several different ways
With Jäger sauce: Sautéed fresh peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and wine; Ala Holstein: with a a fried egg; Zigeuner: with sautéed onions, mushrooms, and green peppers; Or with Mushroom sauce
The Zigeuner Steak
A boneless Angus Beef top sirloin steak topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms, and green peppers
German Meat Patties
Fresh ground round, melded with onions and spices, then grilled. Served with homemade German Gravy

Our slow roasted Angus Beef prime rib topped with our Jäger sauce of sautéed fresh peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and wine
Kasseler Rippchen
Two grilled smoked pork loin chops. A tradition in Hessen
German Style Stuffed Cabbage Rolls or Krautrouladen
Stuffed with rice, ground beef and spices. Topped with a rich tomato sauce
German Style Chicken Livers
Sautéed in butter and white wine served with natural onion rings (heavenly aromatic)

A smoked pork and beef sausage, a little spicy. Served with spatzen and sauerkraut
German Knackwurst
A delightful, mild, all-beef sausage; like a large bologna sausage. Served with spatzen and sauerkraut
Wurst Platte
One link of German Bratwurst, one Knackwurst, and one Mettwurst. Served with spatzen and sauerkraut
Pig Hock
These are served traditional style – wonderfully tender. Served with spatzen and sauerkraut
Smoked Pork Shank
These are served traditional style – wonderfully tender, smoked and flavorful. Served with spatzen and sauerkraut
Haus Platter for Two – something to share if you want to have a sampling of German food – or if you cannot decide what to order
