The Zigeuner Steak
A boneless Angus Beef top sirloin steak topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms, and green peppers
A German Meat Patty
Fresh ground round, melded with onions and spices, then grilled. Served with homemade German Gravy
Kassler Rippchen
A grilled smoked pork loin chop. A tradition in Hessen
German Bratwurst
One link of a lightly spiced veal sausage smothered in caramelized onions. A favorite in the Black Forest. You can choose two links if you’d like.
German Mettwurst
A smoked pork and beef sausage, a little spicy. Served with spatzen and sauerkraut
German Knackwurst
One link of a delightful, mild, all-beef sausage; like a large bologna sausage. You can choose two links if you’d like

A Metzger’s house specialty. Served either lightly breaded and pan sautéed or fried, Northern Michigan style
Fresh Lake Superior Whitefish
Choose pan fried or broiled. Wonderfully flakey
